In the process of machining, it is unavoidable to use clamping tools such as chuck, vise and suction cup. The parts can be machined only after the parts are clamped by clamps. In order to ensure that the parts are not loose after clamping, the clamping force of the fixture is generally greater than the cutting force of the machining. The clamping deformation of the product varies with the clamping force. When the clamping force is too large, the clamping force of the fixture is not loose, When the clamp is released after the product is processed, the product begins to deform. When some deformation is serious, it is beyond the scope of drawing requirements.
Unreasonable processing technology will also lead to product deformation and dimension out of tolerance. Generally, in the process of final finishing, all process dimensions must be guaranteed to be no longer deformed. The process with deformation needs to be placed before finishing. The usual clamp deformation, material hard force release and other factors should be taken into account to prevent the product deformation out of tolerance after finishing.
Usually, when solving the problem of fixture deformation, the professional master will design special fixture, mark the product before processing, check the firmness and balance of fixture, different parts and different clamping methods, so as to reduce clamping deformation as far as possible. At the same time, also try to avoid, too long suspension processing, in order to ensure the product in the mechanical processing process swing deformation.
In the process of machining thin-walled parts, the cutting tool with large rake angle will also reduce the cutting force and the rake angle.
